For a few decades now the UK population have enjoyed a variety of exotic and spicy foods dishes. This has come through its wide multi culture, and in case you did not know.....for the past 30 years or more, Curried Chicken has been one of the UK's most popular dishes. So much so, it was officially recognized and awarded as such in 2001!
Many British/Caribbean kitchens involve recipes and menus that combine foods and ingredients of both cultures cooked in their own unique way. All of our delicious and tasty meals are therefore inspired by continuing this fusion of ingredients and flavors.
Our signature Curried Chicken was therefore inspired by a selection of ingredients and cooking techniques taken from my own British and Trinidadian cultural background to create a light, tasty and delicious, curried chicken deserving of our signature!
Every ingredient of this Curried Chicken dish has been specially chosen to make it a "REAL" Jewel4riel on our Caribbean Cuisine menu!
